Transplanting from Brooklyn to Santa Monica, our clients wanted ease and comfort.  Avid wine collectors, we made space for  two full wine fridges and opened up the wall from the kitchen for better flow into the dining and living area. Removing soffits and moving the venting a little added another 6 inches to the ceiling allowing the green moire tile to enhance the fireplace from floor to ceiling.
